Soroosh Vafapoor Psychotherapy Simple Process, Real Depth.
Individual one-on-one psychotherapy in Toronto, in-person and online.
You're here because you're curious about change. Maybe things feel stuck, or heavier than they used to, or you just can't put your finger on what's off. And I'm here because it brings me joy to support people in experiencing change within themselves and their lives. Psychotherapy is simple, yet impactful. Conversational, and embodied. Insightful, without getting lost in analysis.

My practice is based in collaboration and simplicity. I work with people to help them understand their own innate power and strength. Sometimes, there are obstacles preventing us from seeing these positive qualities within us. I’ll work with you to identify these obstacles, find ways to move beyond them, and to ultimately step towards what you want in your life.
You can read more about my philosophy and approach here.

We will take the time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what feels challenging in your life right now, and what you hope will change.
You don’t have to come having figured everything out about what’s going on, and nor do you have to feel like you have to articulate it all. Sometimes, we just have this fuzzy, unclear sense of what’s happening. That’s enough for us to start.

I have supported clients through a wide range of problems such as burnout, grief and loss, a general malaise about life, spiritual and existential concerns, overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, or an uneasy sense of a unlived potential that has nowhere to go.

I see clients both in-person and online.
My office is located at 36 Madison Avenue, nestled between Spadina and St. George TTC Subway Stations. Parking is accessible throughout the neighbourhood.
